Transitions such as moving out of one’s home, enrolling in college, or finding work are all part of life. It’s never an easy undertaking, both emotionally and practically, and it’s even more tough for disabled people.
Change may be difficult, especially when it involves new locations and circumstances. Orient Solutions provides a wide range of supports for life stage transitions under this NDIS support category.
